MY IDOL

            Whitney Houston is a great singer of all times. I admire the way she sings and make other people inspired in singing. If I will be given a chance I want her to be the person I can talk to. I will ask her to have our first meeting in a music room. On that time I will ask her the right way to sing different songs. How can I hit those high notes that I really want to reach? How can I be confident enough to stand in front of many people watching me? How can I maintain the good quality of voice? Is the food that we are eating can affect our vocal chords? And I will also ask her to sing a song for me because she is one of my idols so this will be a great opportunity for me to at least here her voice.

            These things are just really part of my big imaginations but I hope someday I can be a popular singer like my idols. Whitney Houston I hope I can be like you in the future.

STOP THE WRONG ACTS

            In our school we can’t really promise to stop committing or forbid ourselves to do violations. It’s just that we know its bad but we still do it even though there are punishments that can be given to us. Let us know the minors up to the major violations that students always committing.

            First stop from the gate, if you don’t have the I.D you can be asked to let your parents sign a paper that states that day you haven’t bring your I.D or maybe second if your are late one to two offenses are can be talked about but exceeding up to three or more days. Third the inspections of hair cut, white socks and proper uniform is another if you violated these things your mother will also again sign another paper. Fourth too much happiness that leads to shouting is another as the principal’s order she doesn’t want students to shout with no valid reasons. Fifth is throwing of the wastes on different places. Littering inside the campus is the enemy of the science club for they maintain our school to be eco-friendly. Sixth is using of gadgets in the wrong way. Like for examples the laptops some student uses these gadgets for them to have fun which is supposed to be used only in class hours or if it is really needed. Seventh doing or copying of home works in the classroom. I admit that sometimes I can’t help myself doing these things because I don’t have the enough time to do this in our house so I’m trying to do it early in the morning when I got in. Eighth is plagiarizing the sign of the parents so that their home works will be valid. This is really a very wrong act. The ninth and the worst act were copying during quizzes and examinations. The student that will be caught is punished of either kicked out or suspended.

            We all should control ourselves and know the limitations we are doing. If we know this thing is not the way for us to be productive well we need to stop the wrong act.

NEW WAY OF COMMUNICATION

           Texting is really viral to all ages in this world. After a long period of time writing letters, telegrams and many more is a way to say what you really want to deliver. There arose a new invention to easily communicate to others known for the cell phones. In just a simple click you can easily send the message you want to say. That is how the others use the cell phone but there rose a problem which made changes in the capability of others to speak fluently.

            Since I have a phone I have been influenced by others to use shortcuts while I’m texting. This is a way of making the words shorter and it depends on the receiver of the message how he/she will read it to be able to know the message of the text. At first I don’t want these things to be applied in my system but as time goes by I am now used with it. If these things affect my English fluency well for me it’s a no. Why? It is because when I’m texting it is usually Tagalog so the real affected is how I will write the Tagalog words. But I really trying hard to straighten the wrong curves I’m doing right now.

            Texting is not really bad for us. It always depends on the person that will type the message. Maybe this is a new way of communication but we need to kept in mind that we don’t need those shortcuts if it will affects our fluency in English or in Tagalog.

TIMEOUT

            What is Sem-Break? A Semestral Break is like a vacation for me as a student. For me it’s a way of relaxing and enjoying the time that was been given to you. In here you can do the things you wish to do when you are still busy in school.

            I really enjoyed my semestral break because I can feel free to do the things I want to do. Like I can sleep late even though it’s not good for my health, I can cook different food for my family and have more time to bond with my family and relatives. And one important thing is I’m far from the stress I’m having in our school. I felt sad when my mom and my younger brother went to our province to have a visit there. To ease the sadness I kept in my mind to stay happy and just enjoy every time. My sister and I agreed to clean our house and wash our clothes to make our mother happy. We use the remaining days in our province Batangas. Last November 1, we planned to go to our grandfather’s tomb and stayed there up to late night. I really enjoyed that day with my other relatives. It’s nice to have a talk with them even if it’s only sometimes happening.

            Semestral Break or Sem-Break for others is really fun if you really spend it with your love ones. It’s also true that after long tiring months staying in the school you really want to say TIMEOUT to have your own free time for yourself.

What does it mean for you?

            What is love? Love is a crazy thing that will happen in your life. You need to make yourself ready to those things that will definitely happen to you but sometimes it’s unfair because it will come in your way without you knowing about it.  Love will let you experienced happiness, excitement in life, and of course pain and sadness. You can’t blame love after all because our life will never stock up to be happy. You need to pass different things to have your life a different flavor.

This is a question that made me stop and think “have you ever been in love and how does it feel to be in love?” Well if I’m going to answer these questions, I would say yes because each one of us has to pass this chapter in our lives. Some would say they’ve never been in love but for me, they’ve experienced love but they are not aware of it. Same goes with me I just felt happy to be his friend but one day I’ve woke up and realized that I’m definitely in love with him. I felt crazy while I’m in love because of the emotions I’m having. First time I’ve felt those kinds of things that are really new for me. That made me goes crazy and always stock up imagining happy things with him. To love a man is really hard because every man has his own but for us girls why do we need to love a man? Loving a man is a part of our life. It’s just that we need to love them for us to have a stable life. So that in future if we’re already old someone will be there for us.  My ideal man goes this way; I want him to be a gentle person, with a successful career, and can love me at my worst.

Thanks to that Woman

What is a teacher? For me teachers are the persons who serve as our hero. Do you want to know why? As for my opinion they serves as a hero because without them there will be no successful person in this society. They were been placed there to mold each individuals to have a difference from each other.

Our mother is one of the women we should thank for but we still need to thank also the woman who had helped us to know more and to have a new knowledge to learn. This woman devoted herself to teach students and helped the students to reach their success. This woman sacrifices their own time for the students in the school. They will try their best to share their knowledge and let the students absorbed every single detail they knew that can really help us a lot in future.

Maybe others can’t appreciate our teacher’s sacrifices but we should broaden more our thinking that without them we can’t be in this place. Even they were scolding us well that’s the part of their job to make us all discipline. For all the projects, the home works and activities well we should really kept in our mind that they’re just doing the task that was been given to them. So for their special day, made them really feel special because they were always for us so even in our small way we should thank them.

To all the teachers all over the world, I’m making a two thumbs up for you, I salute you all and thank you for everything because without you no such person as me in this society.

Tried to Understand: Quotations

Quotations are very important for others because this serves as their small guide to help them in their daily living. Every story we’re reading has its own quotations. These quotations will then be tried to interpret in our life. If these quotations were really have an impact to us we can be that affected when it comes to that topic but we should remember that we really need to be open-minded so that we know which one to be done or not.

One of the quotations was fair is foul, foul is fair. When I’ve first heard about this I was really thought about it for several times. So I tried to interpret this, fair is foul.  To be that good all the time is somewhat not that helpful because how can you show your own self if you just want to show that you’re good. But I’m not also telling that you don’t need to change because if this things can really help you why not? Right. Foul is fair, we can’t surpassed a basketball game if you as an aggressive person can’t be foul. Foul is given to those who were not that good and always do many things weird.

May be some people are against with my opinion but then this is how I think. Our problem with the people around us will only show our true identity so we really need to take care of one self.
